Old Business<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Water Rate Hike:\u00a0 <\/strong>It was decided that we would protest the water rate hike.\u00a0 This will be done by email, posting on bulletin board, and petition signing event.<\/p>\n Deed Restrictions:<\/strong><\/p>\n 12115 Manzanita- Plans approved<\/p>\n 12153 Poinciana- No new action taken by the court yet.<\/p>\n 12049 Grapevine- Linda to follow up on this with the county<\/p>\n Potranco Rd.
