Meeting was held at the Christian Family Baptist Church and was called to order at 7:33 PM by President Gabriel Lara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minutes from the Jan. 15, 2019 meeting were read and approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Treasurer’s report was read and approved. Checking account now has a $20\/mo.service charge so all monies were moved to the savings account. CD’s were renewed for another year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eldon presented the new rates that have been agreed upon and Linda will send an email out to Coolcrest residents with this information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The EPA will be here at the church on May 23, 2019 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM to provide us with an update as to what is being done at the old metal plating site next to Potranco Automotive. Linda will send out a notice now and then one closer to the meeting date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unauthorized businesses – At 11935 Grapevine, cars are being fixed. At 12038 Tallowood, there is a barber shop operating. Letters will be sent regarding deed restrictions and operating businesses in a residential area. The lot at 12153 Poinciana is a dumping site. Gabe will call Code Compliance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gabe had a question regarding the deed restrictions time limit. The deed restrictions have been extended with no expiration time. Linda will send him a link to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
