<\/strong>Meeting was held at Tink A Tako and was called to order at 7:35 PM by Pres. Tracy Pickering<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Minutes from March 12, 2013 meeting were read and approved
\nTreasurer’s report was read and approved.<\/p>\n

Committee Reports<\/strong>:
\nWater:<\/strong> Legislation for the transfer of rate making oversight from TCEQ to PUC looks like it will make it.
\nDeed Restrictions:<\/strong>\u00a0 Court date has been set for May 15, 2013 at 9 AM, Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 for the properties at 12153 Poinciana & 12270 Grapevine<\/p>\n

Old Business:<\/strong>
\nLight at Tallowood & Silver Maple will be quite costly and it was decided to table it at this time.<\/p>\n

New Business:<\/strong>
\nFlea Market will be held June 1.\u00a0 Linda & Albert will work 5 – 8, Eldon &\u00a0Richard 8 – 10, Barry & Rachel\u00a0Gilliland 10 – 12,\u00a0Tracy\u00a0& Betty 12 – 2.<\/p>\n

Open Forum:<\/strong>
\nComplaint voiced by Mr. & Mrs. Minchew that the building built behind the house at\u00a012115 Manzanita is possibly apartments as there are at least 8 cars there every night.\u00a0 Albert will check this out.<\/p>\n

Large gravel trucks are cutting through the subdivision from Grosenbacher to Potranco.\u00a0 Tracy to check to see who we can complain to.<\/p>\n

Plans for a workshop in the backyard of 12206 White Birch were submitted by Mr. John Thomas.\u00a0 They were approved.<\/p>\n

Next meeting is July 9, 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n
