Old<\/strong> Business<\/span><\/p>\n Potranco Rd. Expansion <\/strong>is still slated to start Nov. 2014<\/p>\n Lot at 12153 Poinciana<\/strong> – Justice of Peace Court 2 sent letter but it was returned.\u00a0 Carol Kindle at the County office will have them resend to\u00a0correct address.<\/p>\n Water Rate Hike <\/strong>Preliminary hearing before State Office of Administrative Hearings is scheduled for June 23, 2014 in Austin.\u00a0 Representatives from Country Bend Subdivision will represent us.<\/p>\n Food Bank Distribution April 18<\/strong> was a success.\u00a0Richard and his son, Eldon, Linda and Albert helped with the distribution.\u00a0 Future dates and appeal for volunteers will be posted on our website.<\/p>\n Flea Market <\/strong>The final phase of the parking lot redo should be done this week.\u00a0 Linda and Richard\u00a0will meet with Rudy at Potranco Automotive to see if June 14 Flea Market can be held.<\/p>\n <\/strong>New<\/strong> Business<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Deed Restriction Violations:\u00a0 <\/strong>A letter was sent to the owner of the property at 11934 Grapevine regarding a storage shed that was installed too close to the front property line and was in violation of the deed restrictions.\u00a0 The owner has moved the shed and is now in compliance.<\/p>\n Richard asked for everyone to think of a way to let everyone know of the deed restrictions as some people never got copies when they purchased the property.\u00a0 Linda can send emails with the restrictions attached but does not have every property owners email address.\u00a0 We could also mail or hand deliver the restrictions to the remaining owners.<\/p>\n Next Food Bank Distribution<\/strong> will be May 30.<\/p>\n Next Meeting<\/strong> will be July 8, 2014 and\u00a02 of the board members will not be there.<\/p>\n Open Forum<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n No discussion<\/p>\n Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Meeting was held at the Christian Family Baptist Church and was called to order at 7:45 PM by President Richard Garza.
