{"id":469,"date":"2014-09-11T09:41:05","date_gmt":"2014-09-11T15:41:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.coolcrestpoa.org\/?p=469"},"modified":"2014-09-11T09:41:05","modified_gmt":"2014-09-11T15:41:05","slug":"minutes-for-the-sept-9-2014-poa-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coolcrestpoa.org\/?p=469","title":{"rendered":"Minutes for the Sept 9, 2014 POA Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Meeting was held at the Christian Family Baptist Church and was called to order at 7:35 PM by President Richard Garza.<\/p>\n<p>Minutes from the July 8, 2014 meeting were read &amp; approved.<\/p>\n<p>Treasurer&#8217;s report was read &amp; approved.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Old Business<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Potranco Rd. expansion is now slated to start in Jan. 2015<\/p>\n<p>Lot at 12153 Poinciana has been cleared and the case dismissed by the county.<\/p>\n<p>We sold 11 spaces at the Flea Market.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>New Business<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A downed speed limit sign on Yellow Birch and a leaning School Bus Stop sign on Silver Maple have been fixed.<\/p>\n<p>Stage 4 water restriction letters were mailed out to residences and there is a burn ban in effect until Nov. 14, 2014<\/p>\n<p>Upcoming\u00a0food drives at the church are Sept 12, Oct 17, Nov 14 &amp; Dec 12.\u00a0 Volunteers are needed. Report at 1:00 PM<\/p>\n<p>Next Flea Market will be Oct 4, 2014<\/p>\n<p>If you see lots with a lot of trash, old vehicles, etc, report them to Bexar County Code Compliance at 210-335-6700<\/p>\n<p>If you are having mail delivery issues, contact field mail carrier supervisor Odie Hernandez at 210-543-8237<\/p>\n<p>The owner of the lot at 11912 Potranco Rd. is trying to lease the property and Richard contacted the owner, Gurkirat Bhinder, to advise him of the deed restrictions.\u00a0 Ms. Neisha Dilelio is considering the property and was also contacted and advised of the deed restrictions.\u00a0 Approval of the type of business and building\u00a0plans must be submitted to the Board prior to construction.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Open Forum<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Cortinas of 12315 Bois D&#8217;Arc stated that he no longer has any tenants in his apartments The only residents are he &amp; his wife, his in-laws, 2 sons and a daughter.\u00a0 Richard asked him if would now sign the agreement that in the future, he would\u00a0comply with\u00a0all deed restrictions.\u00a0\u00a0He refused.\u00a0 Mr. Cortinas wanted the deed restrictions changed and was informed of the procedure needed to do that.\u00a0 Mr. Cortinas will send copies of the documents concerning his eviction of his tenants to Richard..<\/p>\n<p>The next meeting will be Nov 11, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Meeting was adjourned at 8:05 PM<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meeting was held at the Christian Family Baptist Church and was called to order at 7:35 PM by President Richard Garza.
