Old Business<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Potranco road expansion now slated to start\u00a0August.\u00a0 They will be working 6 days a week to get it done.\u00a0 Phase 1 – 8 months.\u00a0 Phase 2 – 8 months.<\/p>\n POA Bylaws revision committee was established\u00a0to review them and see what needs to be updated and\/or changed & report at next meeting.\u00a0 Members are Frank Partee & Richard Garza.<\/p>\n Deed Restrictions revision discussion suspended for the time being.<\/p>\n Discussion regarding the POA Flea Market resulted in deciding to hold it only twice a year in April and October and to increase space fee to $15.00 plus $10.00 refundable deposit.\u00a0 Recommendation made to have a craft sale instead of flea market.\u00a0 Linda will send out feelers to see if there is any interest.\u00a0 We would have limited spaces and take reservations.\u00a0 Frank & Richard will contact neighboring subdivisions to see when they hold their garage sales.<\/p>\n New Business<\/span><\/p>\n Property at 12208 Madrona is being foreclosed on.\u00a0 If you want information, let me know and I will forward the email notice I received.<\/p>\n Email received from Gary Rose at SWWC advising us that due to recent rains, the drought restriction for Coolcrest is being lowered to\u00a0Stage 2.\u00a0 I will send email to Coolcrest residents.<\/p>\n After prior POA meeting, Ms. Hernandez submitted an email request for a\u00a0 1 year extension to complete construction on the home at 12154 Manzanita.\u00a0 Extension was approved to March 15, 2016 and I will send an email to that effect.<\/p>\n Open Forum<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Tink A Taco bought the property next door to them.<\/p>\n Bulletin board may be inside the property line but should be grandfathered in.<\/p>\n Next meeting is July 14, 2015<\/p>\n Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Meeting was held at the Christian Family Baptist Church and was called to order at 7:30 PM by President Frank Partee.
