• A letter was sent to Mr. Bhinder stating that if he met all of the deed restrictions he could move a mobile building onto his property on Potranco Road. The letter also asked him to sign the letter indicating that he would agree to meeting the deed restrictions including the no sale of fireworks within the Coolcrest  Subdivision. As of this date we have not had any response from Mr. Bhinder.
• Discuss the option of having the flea market in June.
